Recently my wife and I found ourselves facing financial hardship. We tried many different avenues to resolve our problems. This included going to different lending organisations for help.

In the Spring of 2010, I found myself becoming financially stressed to the point of not wanting to admit the possibility of a foreclosure on my home.  I had tried a few options to rebuild my financial plan without any major success.  Almost all of the lending firms that I approached gave many promises which usually included a charge for their intent without a confirmed positive resolution to my financial difficulties.  It was at this point of renewing my current mortgage and the continued pattern of dipping in my financial savings to bail myself out that I was introduced Results Today Inc. by a mortgage manager that I was referred to by a friend that I currently work with.
When I was under the belief that most financial planners/lenders etc. wouldn’t be available on the weekends, I was informed that I would receive a phone call from someone that could possibly help me with my financial difficulties.  Because of the referral impression of this person, I allowed myself a small glimmer of hope that the call would be a positive one for a change.
Oh my… the call rang on a Saturday morning.  With caller ID that glimmer was a little brighter.  I quickly found out exactly what was going to be done for me and what was expected from me.  Everything was explained in detail or the matter was gone over again until I did understand.  Oh yes, that meant that I didn’t have to dish out more cash for reports or assessments.
After many hours of difficult negotiations on my behalf, I have Results Today Inc. and one of their male team members specifically that was successful in giving me back some freedom and a feeling of self-worth to the point of wanting to do cartwheels with many shouts of “Thank You”!  Oooops!  Better keep that as a thought and play it safe with my aging bones.

I had been renting a property from Results Today Inc. for about two and a half years and in that time I had been on the fence about purchasing the property.
